Spring 2008 Meeting schedule

Grayson Co. Eatin’ Meetin’ Group. Meets at 6:00 p.m. every Tuesday at various restaurants in Grayson County and the first Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at various restaurants in Cooke County. A.R.E.A.S. (AIDS Resource, education, and Support). Welcoming all who are affected in some way by H.I.V. and A.I.D.S. For persons with H.I.V. or A.I.D.S., their caregivers, family, and friends. The group meets in Grayson County on the second Wednesday of each month 6:00 p.m. Light refreshments are served. Please call for meeting location or more information. (903) 868-9315

Bereaved Parent and Grandparents. Meets each Tuesday 5:30 p.m. in Grayson County at First United Methodist Church, 401 Elm Street, Room 110. This group allows those who have experienced the loss of a child in their lives to companion one another through the process. Issues that relate to this particular loss are discussed and participants have the opportunity to share with others in the group. Facilitated by Jolene Senek, LBSW. Compassion and Support – Meets at First United Methodist Church, 401 Elm Street, Room 110, in Grayson County every Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m. This weekly grief focus group will address a different topic each week that will help those coping with any type of loss.
